Radical Body Acceptance is a dynamic 5 week empowerment circle for women with a desire to transform their current relationship to their bodies + give voice to their own body stories so that they can step into their full power, enjoy their bodies and make a bigger impact at home, work, and in society.
When you share your story, you confront your own long-held shame. When you hear other people's body experiences, you meet your own capacity for body compassion, and you finally can feel the truth - you are not alone in healing your body story.
Radical Body Acceptance not just about your body...it’s about your voice and feeling empowered to use it. It’s about being seen and being heard.
You will also have the opportunity to continue the adventure with private coaching packages at a special discounted rate just for program members.

Testimonial
Thanks to the wonderful facilitators, those of us who gathered for the radical body positivity workshop were able to be both honest and vulnerable about our diverse experiences in our bodies. The workshop was full of compassion and insight. I left feeling less isolated about my own dilemmas attempting to be body positive. And, perhaps more important, I left with the confidence that there was a more radical way of viewing my body: one in which I choose the standards I set for self-acceptance. A perspective that felt both politically and personally empowering.

I’ve spent most of my life hating my body and I was terrified to attend this workshop. I didn’t know what to expect, but I sure didn’t expect it to have this big of an impact on my life. Because of this workshop I learned I’m worthy of love, sex, and happiness and that my body doesn’t define my worthiness. I can’t thank Alecia and Annie enough for creating this safe space which allowed me to open up, listen, and feel the love and warmth of others. I’m not alone and I’m worthy. So fucking worthy. We all are.
